Started Sero after watching too many good ideas die in long agency email chains and ballooning project estimates. The problem wasn't the ideas. It was the process. Smaller scope, written up front, shipped in sprints — the fix was always simpler than the industry wanted to admit.
Every project that comes through here gets built by the person you spoke to in the first call. That's not a feature. It's the entire model.
How we work
Ship over perfect
Deployed and learning beats polished and hypothetical. We push to production early and iterate on real feedback - not on what we think users will want before they've seen it.
Scope before code
Every project starts with a written document. Deliverables, timeline, and cost - agreed on and signed off before a single line of code is written. That document is what keeps projects from becoming arguments.
Small on purpose
We don't scale to 20 people and hand you to a junior. You work with the same person who quoted you, start to finish. That's not a constraint. It's a decision.
